La maison fut achetée en 1757 par Paul-Etienne Collombel, écuyer, officier du duc d'Orléans. La famille Collombel représente la classe d'industriels et de commerçants dont les affaires connurent une extension considérable au 18e siècle. C'est une grande maison classique avec un étage, un comble et un niveau de sous-sol en plus sur la façade arrière. L'avant-corps central est marqué, sur les deux façades, par un petit fronton triangulaire, en briques sur la façade arrière, en pierre de taille sur la façade principale. L'intérieur a conservé une partie de son décor d'origine avec lambris et cheminées de style Louis XV et Louis XVI. L'escalier est orné d'une rampe en fer forgé.

History
The house was purchased in 1757 by Paul-Etienne Collombel, esquire, officer of the duc d'Orléans. The Collombel family represents the class of industrialists and merchants whose affairs experienced considerable expansion in the 18th century. It is a large classical house with a storey, a roof space and a basement level in addition on the rear façade. The central front body is marked, on both façades, by a small triangular pediment, in brick on the rear façade, in ashlar on the main façade. The interior has retained part of its original decoration with wainscoting and fireplaces in Louis XV and Louis XVI style. The staircase is adorned with an ornamental iron railing.
