Reconstruction of the castle in 1671 according to the plans of the Parisian architect Delahaye; completion after 1730 by the marquis de Becdelièvre. Park redesigned around 1816 by Berthault. Interior decorated with panelling in the 18th century which concealed original painted decoration (17th century); chapel stained glass of 1833.
