Historique
Construit entre 1877 et 1879, le moulin Hollebeke porte le nom d'un ancien meunier ; il est de type néerlandais, tronconique, en brique, haut d'une dizaine de mètres, disposant au premier tiers d'une plate-forme circulaire de bois sur laquelle évolue le système d'orientation, permettant de faire pivoter le toit et les ailes. Il a disposé vers 1888 d'une machine à vapeur auxiliaire. Ce moulin à farine a cessé de travailler vers 1930, et a été racheté par la commune vers 1988. Ses ailes ont été restaurées en 1992 par l'association ARAM Nord Pas de Calais.

History
Built between 1877 and 1879, the Hollebeke mill bears the name of a former miller; it is of Dutch type, truncated cone, in brick, about ten metres high, having at the first third a circular wooden platform on which the orientation system evolves, allowing the roof and sails to pivot. It had around 1888 an auxiliary steam engine. This flour mill ceased working around 1930, and was repurchased by the commune around 1988. Its sails were restored in 1992 by the association ARAM Nord Pas de Calais.
