Individual house, called Les Cicognes, forming part of the set of 35 houses called the quartier excentric, developed and built between 1929 and 1939 by François Reynaert (see notices PA00107500, PA00107502, PA00107504, PA00107505, PA00107513). A native of Rosendaël, decorative artist, inventor and public works contractor, Reynaert improvised himself as architect for this house built in reinforced concrete.
