Individual house forming part of the ensemble of 35 houses called the excentric quarter, developed and built between 1929 and 1939 by François Reynaert (see records PA00107500, PA00107501, PA00107502, PA00107504, PA00107513). Native of Rosendaël, decorative artist, inventor and public works contractor, Reynaert improvised himself as an architect for this house built in reinforced concrete.
