History
House built in 1902 in the garden city of Parc de Saurupt (see notices PA00132636, PA00132626, PA00132627, PA00132629 and PA00106454) by the architect Emile André for the painter Armand Lejeune. Comprising a large studio (now disappeared), the house borrows for its architecture, and notably its roof, elements from the Norman regionalist style, while being presented as a model of "modern house". Adjoining the building, the automobile garage with a flat roof is one of the first in Nancy.
