History
A lordship is attested from the Middle Ages. The château was built in the 17th century, with a park which originally comprised a formal garden with two terraces. Around 1860, the present English park was created by a Parisian landscape architect. In 1890, enlargement of the park. Near the château, on the garden side, there is a body of water dating from 1895, fed by a Bollée hydraulic ram.
