Le fief de la Baudinière est mentionné pour la première fois en 1500. La construction actuelle remonte au 17e siècle et a été remaniée en 1904. History
The fief of la Baudinière is mentioned for the first time in 1500. The current building dates from the 17th century and was remodelled in 1904. La Baudinière consists of a central main dwelling flanked by two pavilions at right angles. Between these pavilions, the ground forms a terrace raised above the courtyard comprised between two elongated service buildings. The main façade rises over two storeys plus a roof space with dormers with triangular pediments. Inside, the rooms are arranged around a central vestibule where the staircase with straight flights and intermediate landing is located. The upper storey preserves a fireplace from the second half of the 17th century. La Baudinière is a typical gentilhommière of the farmsteads widespread in south-east Vienne, Indre and Limousin.
