Historique
Edifice élevé vers la fin du 12e siècle ; choeur aménagé à la fin du 15e siècle ; travaux de restauration au 19e siècle (aménagement intérieur en 1861-1862 par l'architecte Pourgeux). La façade occidentale est très richement ornée. Le portail à triple archivoltes sur colonnettes, est épaulé par deux arcades aveugles en arc brisé. Une tablette portée sur des corbelets supporte l'ordonnance du premier étage. Celui-ci est décoré d'arcatures, celle du centre encadrant la baie qui éclaire la nef. A l'intérieur, la travée d'abside et le choeur sont couverts d'une fausse voûte moderne en berceau surbaissé. De cette partie refaite au 15e siècle, il reste des arrachements de voûtes d'ogives. Le clocher, placé sur la face latérale nord, est d'époque romane dans sa partie inférieure.

History
Building raised towards the end of the 12th century; chevet arranged at the end of the 15th century; restoration work in the 19th century (interior fitting in 1861-1862 by architect Pourgeux). The western facade is very richly adorned. The portal with triple archivolts on small columns, is flanked by two blind arcades in pointed arch. A shelf borne on corbels supports the arrangement of the first storey. This is decorated with arcatures, that of the centre framing the opening that lights the nave. Inside, the bay of the apse and the chevet are covered with a false modern barrel vault depressed. From this part remade in the 15th century, there remain fragments of rib vaults. The bell tower, placed on the north lateral face, is of Romanesque period in its lower part.
