Historique
Vicairie perpétuelle dépendant de l'abbaye de Beignes, l'église date de la seconde moitié du 12e siècle. Elle fut incendiée en 1562 puis restaurée à la fin du 17e siècle. Le choeur fut relevé à cette période. Elle fut également restaurée au 19e siècle. L'édifice de plan rectangulaire est à nef unique de deux travées voûtées d'un berceau plein cintre, suivie d'un clocher sous coupole sur pendentifs et du choeur. L'étage en retrait du clocher montre, sur chacune de ses faces, des baies romanes. L'élévation ouest est éclairée d'un portail plein cintre à trois rouleaux à arêtes vives. Sept arcatures montées sur colonnettes aux chapiteaux feuillagés, se développent au-dessous d'un mur pignon.

History
Perpetual vicarage depending on the abbey of Beignes, the church dates from the second half of the 12th century. It was burned in 1562 and then restored at the end of the 17th century. The choir was raised at this period. It was also restored in the 19th century. The edifice of rectangular plan has a single nave of two bays vaulted with a barrel vault with round arch, followed by a bell tower under cupola on pendentives and the choir. The setback storey of the bell tower shows, on each of its faces, Romanesque openings. The west elevation is lit by a round arch portals with three roll-mouldings with sharp arises. Seven arcatures mounted on small columns with foliage capitals develop below a gable wall.
