L'église, de la fin du 12e siècle, était commune à la paroisse du Grand-Madieu et à la commanderie des Templiers du lieu. L'édifice a été bâti par ces derniers. History
The church, dating from the end of the 12th century, was shared by the parish of Grand-Madieu and the Templars' commandery of the place. The building was constructed by the latter. In accordance with the rule, it traces a rectangle closed to the east by a straight wall pierced by a triplet. The nave is covered with a broken barrel vault. Lighting comes chiefly from the sanctuary. Exceptionally in Templar architecture, the bell tower rises on the rectangular apse at one storey. The façade opens through a door with two rolls, furnished with a moulding resting on columns decorated with rosettes. A circular cord with diamond points surrounds it.
