History

The church comprises a nave vaulted with a broken barrel vault and a circular apse. The nave was originally lit to the south by three openings which the lateral chapels, erected subsequently, have masked. The half-dome apse is decorated with a sawtooth cornice carried on sculptured corbels. The bell tower is constituted by a raising of the façade and pierced with open openings in which the bells are placed. To the south, a porch gives access to the nave. It is adorned with four small columns with capitals bearing acanthus leaves, supporting a large archivolt decorated with radiating fluting and various projecting motifs (heads of bulls, birds, monsters). The edges of the offsets in which the columns are cantoned, carry a hollow moulding with human heads or sculptured capitals. There is no tympanum. The modern wooden door retains two ring handles from the 16th century.
