L'ouverture rectangulaire est couverte par un linteau et accostée de pilastres aux impostes moulurées, surmontées de cabochons à pointe de diamant. Les bases sont ornées de losanges. Le fronton rompu, dont les rampants épousent la surface cylindrique, est surmonté par une boule sur le socle de laquelle est sculptée la date de 1621. Au-dessus du linteau, une frise porte une inscription. Dans le tympan, deux volutes affrontées encadrent un bloc de pierre qui semble porter les traces d'une sculpture bûchée.

History
The rectangular opening is covered by a lintel and flanked by pilasters with moulded lintels, surmounted by cabochons with diamond points. The bases are ornamented with lozenges. The broken pediment, whose ramps follow the cylindrical surface, is surmounted by a ball on the base of which is carved the date of 1621. Above the lintel, a frieze bears an inscription. In the tympanum, two facing volutes frame a block of stone which appears to bear traces of a hewn sculpture.
