L'édifice présente plusieurs périodes de construction. De l'époque gothique (14e siècle) subsistent des quadrilobes en façade ; des arcs brisés avec tympans et linteau dans la cour et l'escalier ; un grand arc brisé et un chapiteau dans la cour ; le rez-de-chaussée voûté d'ogives. De la fin du 16e début 17e siècle date l'escalier en vis. La période moderne a vu le remaniement des façades, baies et boutiques. Des travaux de réfection des murs dans un appartement du deuxième étage ont permis la mise au jour de vestiges architecturaux et d'un décor peint de l'époque gothique. Ce sont surtout des peintures murales du 14e siècle représentant des motifs géométriques, végétaux et animaux, ainsi que des personnages allégoriques.

History
The building displays several periods of construction. From the Gothic period (14th century) remain quadrilobes on the façade; pointed arches with tympana and lintel in the courtyard and staircase; a large pointed arch and a capital in the courtyard; the ground floor with rib vault. From the late 16th early 17th century dates the spiral staircase. The modern period saw the alteration of façades, openings and shops. Repair works to the walls in a second-floor apartment made it possible to uncover architectural remains and painted decoration from the Gothic period. These are mainly wall paintings from the 14th century representing geometric, vegetal and animal motifs, as well as allegorical figures.
