Baudon de Mauny, directeur des domaines du roi, acheta en 1777 des parcelles, démolit puis reconstruisit l'ensemble. L'hôtel présente une régularité classique. L'ensemble s'élève de deux étages et d'un demi-étage sur rez-de-chaussée. Les six arcs de la base sont en anse de panier. Les quatre arcs latéraux ont un encadrement mouluré et une clef en console, sculptée d'imbrications. Les deux arcs de l'avant-corps sont à refends et crossettes avec clef sculptée d'une tête. L'avant-corps se distingue aussi par les fenêtres des étages et par leur décoration sculptée.

History
Baudon de Mauny, director of the king's domains, purchased in 1777 plots of land, demolished and then rebuilt the whole. The hôtel presents classical regularity. The whole rises from two storeys and a half-storey on a ground floor. The six arches of the base are basket-handle arches. The four lateral arches have a moulded frame and a console keystone, sculpted with imbrications. The two arches of the avant-corps have fluting and crossettes with a keystone sculpted with a head. The avant-corps is also distinguished by the windows of the storeys and by their sculpted decoration.
