L'autorisation est donnée en 1718 par les Grands-Voyers de démolir et de rebâtir l'immeuble. Le décor intérieur date pour sa part de la période 1763-1780. La parcelle comprenant l'hôtel forme un quadrilatère avec une cour en fond de terrain. Cette cour est précédée d'un vestibule couvert d'un plafond en coupole, ovale, largement ouvert sur toutes ses faces par de grands arcs en anse de panier. La façade sur rue s'ouvre par un portail en plein cintre. L'entrée est ébrasée en niche, entre deux pilastres ornés de tableaux et portant un entablement à fronton circulaire. La clef de l'arc est sculptée d'une tête et d'une coquille. L'archivolte est ornée d'un motif se terminant latéralement par une chute florale. De chaque côté du portail, les murs sont décorés de refends et les fenêtres cintrées munies de clefs sculptées en console droite avec tête et coquille. Les façades sur cour sont ornées de pilastres. La porte centrale de la façade sud ouvre sur un escalier en vis. Elle s'orne de pilastres nus portant de petites consoles décorées de perles et chute de feuilles. L'arc en plein cintre a pour clef une tête de femme. Reposant sur cette tête, un grand vase godronné laisse déborder un abondant bouquet de fleurs. De chaque côté ondulent des guirlandes accrochées à un encadrement de volutes. Au-dessous, l'imposte en fer forgé présente un décor symétrique à base de volutes en C entrecroisées. A l'intérieur, les deux pièces ayant conservé leurs décors de 1763 se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée. La première, un petit salon, est entièrement lambrissée. La pièce suivante, un ancien boudoir, est remarquable par ses plafonds cintrés, ornés de gypseries.

History
Authorization was given in 1718 by the Grand-Voyers to demolish and rebuild the building. The interior decoration dates for its part from the period 1763-1780. The archivolt is decorated with a motif terminating laterally in a floral drop. The courtyard facades are decorated with pilasters. The central door of the south facade opens onto a spiral staircase. It is adorned with bare pilasters bearing small consoles decorated with pearls and leaf drops. The round-arch has for key a woman's head. Resting on this head, a large fluted vase allows an abundant bouquet of flowers to overflow. On each side undulate garlands hung from a frame of volutes. Below, the wrought-iron transom presents decoration symmetrical with interlaced C-volutes. On the interior, the two rooms having retained their decorations of 1763 are found on the ground floor. The first, a small salon, is entirely wainscoted. The following room, a former boudoir, is remarkable for its arched ceilings, decorated with plasterwork.
