A la fin du 16e siècle, l'hôpital de Gignac occupait un autre emplacement, entre la Grand'Rue et la muraille de la ville. Leur chapelle, dédiée à saint Joseph, fut ensuite cédée aux Pénitents. Les terrasses qui prolongent la galerie autour de la cour sont garnies de balustres semblables à ceux de la première galerie, à panse galbée. History
At the end of the 16th century, the hospital of Gignac occupied another location, between the Grand'Rue and the town wall. Their chapel, dedicated to saint Joseph, was subsequently ceded to the Penitents. The terraces which extend the gallery around the courtyard are fitted with balusters similar to those of the first gallery, with curved profile. The door of the chapel presents a projecting keystone decorated with a woman's head, with shell. Above, small circular pediment.
