Historique
Hôtel d'un riche industriel, Traugott Bühler, ayant fait fortune dans le commerce du vin et des spiritueux, signé en 1903 par les architectes Léopold et Louis Carlier. Malgré sa date de construction, l'architecture est d'un esprit encore très marqué par le 19e siècle. Il s'agissait, à l'origine, d'un ensemble de constructions : un corps principal sur l'avenue Saint-Saëns avec un retour nord ; un petit parc et un parc plus grand encadrant le corps principal ; un bâtiment secondaire à l'angle de la rue Bülher. Le corps principal présente une entrée d'honneur avec perron protégé par un porche. Sa façade principale sud développe une ordonnance de baies dont les encadrements sont ornés dans un style classique. La partie est est couronnée par un dôme à quatre pans et ses baies sont ornées de sculptures en bas-reliefs. A l'intérieur, un grand escalier développe ses deux volées courbes du rez-de-chaussée au seconde étage. Les murs et le plafond de la cage d'escalier sont peints. Les pièces conservent cheminées, parquets et décor peint. Les décors d'origine sont conservés.

History
Hotel of a wealthy industrialist, Traugott Bühler, who made his fortune in the wine and spirits trade, signed in 1903 by the architects Léopold and Louis Carlier. Despite its date of construction, the architecture is still very much marked in spirit by the 19th century. It was originally a complex of buildings: a main body on avenue Saint-Saëns with a north return; a small park and a larger park framing the main body; a secondary building at the corner of rue Bülher. The main body presents an entrance of honour with a steps protected by a porch. Its principal south façade develops an arrangement of openings whose frames are decorated in a classical style. The east part is crowned by a four-sided dome and its openings are decorated with sculpture in low relief. Inside, a grand staircase develops its two curved flights from the ground floor to the second floor. The walls and ceiling of the staircase well are painted. The rooms retain fireplaces, parquet floors and painted decoration. The original decorations are preserved.
