History
The church is the former castle chapel (directly connected to the castle). The bulk of the Romanesque volume and decoration (12th-13th centuries) is preserved. Only the original vaulting has disappeared. The gutter walls were pierced for the fitting of later lateral chapels, but restored to the south after the removal of these additions. The building presents an elongated rectangular plan, oriented, with single nave of three bays, semi-circular apse. Addition of a small square bell tower attached to the outside of the nave, to the south. Entry is from the south by a round arch portal with lateral columns with capitals.
