Importance de cet aqueduc dans la connaissance architecturale et technique des aqueducs romains et dans son lien avec la cité de Nîmes. Long de cinquante kilomètres, depuis les sources de l'Eure à Uzès jusqu'à son arrivée au castellum divisorium, l'ouvrage canalisait l'eau destinée à alimenter Nîmes. Construit au 1er siècle après JC.

Importance of this aqueduct in the knowledge of the architectural and technical aspects of Roman aqueducts and in its link with the city of Nîmes. Fifty kilometres in length, from the sources of the Eure at Uzès to its arrival at the castellum divisorium, the structure channelled water destined to supply Nîmes. Built in the 1st century AD.
