En 1608, cet emplacement était occupé par la demeure des héritiers de Jacques Pucherail, marchand. La maison d'habitation a été très remaniée mais conserve des éléments anciens dans la cour. Celle-ci se trouve en contre-bas d'un jardin auquel elle est reliée par un escalier extérieur, à double révolution. La rampe en fer forgé est composée alternativement de grands et de petits panneaux. Les petits panneaux contiennent des volutes en C et en S raccordées, avec rebroussement, à des demi-spirales. Aux grands panneaux rampants, dans un double encadrement, des volutes en C constituent le remplage, en s'entrecroisant et se liant avec des S qui dessinent le motif central. Au grand panneau du palier, le motif central est un fleuron à grandes lobes. La grille du jardin est simple, à barreaux droits, et surmontée par une bande à rinceaux composée de C couchés. Le portail est surmonté par un fronton à grandes volutes, avec médaillon central circulaire à monogramme.

History
In 1608, this location was occupied by the dwelling of the heirs of Jacques Pucherail, merchant. The dwelling house was much remodelled but preserves old elements in the courtyard. The latter is found below a garden to which it is connected by an external staircase with double return. The wrought iron railing is composed alternately of large and small panels. The small panels contain interlocking C and S volutes, with reversal, connected to half-spirals. On the large ramp panels, within a double frame, C volutes constitute the infill, interweaving and linking with S forms that draw the central motif. On the landing's large panel, the central motif is a fleuron with large lobes. The garden grille is simple, with straight bars, and surmounted by a band with scrollwork composed of recumbent C forms. The portal is surmounted by a pediment with large volutes, with a circular central medallion bearing a monogram.
