Annexe de la paroisse de Notre-Dame de Laval, le prieuré Saint-Pierre de la Tour dépendait du diocèse d'Uzès et était à la collation de son évêque. L'église dépendait probablement du monastère bénédictin de Cendras. La nef est prolongée par une abside demi-circulaire. Les contreforts extérieurs, qui raccordent l'abside à la nef, constituent une sorte de rappel de choeur mais sans correspondance intérieure. La porte est en plein cintre à deux rouleaux. History
Annex of the parish of Notre-Dame de Laval, the priory of Saint-Pierre de la Tour depended on the diocese of Uzès and was at the collation of its bishop. The church probably depended on the Benedictine monastery of Cendras. The nave is extended by a semi-circular apse. The external buttresses, which link the apse to the nave, constitute a kind of choir projection but without internal correspondence. The door is a two-roll round arch. Above it opens a narrow window. The courses follow the contour of the underlying rock and are worked with the point.
