Le plus ancien propriétaire connu remonte à 1602. Au premier étage, les remaniements ont respecté des vestiges gothiques. Il s'agit d'une fenêtre géminée dont le haut linteau est sculpté d'une fausse arcature trilobée, ornée de rosaces groupées trois par trois. La colonnette est profilée en amande, avec un chapiteau à double rang de feuillage. Le balcon rue de l'Horloge est un balcon droit à retours arrondis, et se compose d'un panneau central droit et de deux petits panneaux latéraux courbes. Le motif central est une grande spirale multiple, enroulant de gauche à droite quatre pétales inégaux, nervés de tiges rondes vrillées ou feuillues. Ce mouvement est prolongé par de grandes volutes dont l'une se développe jusqu'au coin supérieur gauche de l'encadrement. Entre ce grand motif et le remplage latéral, des panneaux échancrés sont garnis de quadrillés à marguerites. Toute symétrie est volontairement exclue de ce panneau dont la composition est bien équilibrée dans la répartition des masses. Les panneaux latéraux présentent des dispositions semblables mais sans quadrillage. Sur la rue du Grand Couvent, le balcon présente un grand panneau droit de ferronnerie, prolongé par des retours courbes, sans double encadrement. La composition du grand panneau est symétriquement ordonnée autour d'un médaillon central ovale. Des volutes se ramifiernt autour de ce médaillon, et rejoignent un remplage de longues volutes en S, assemblées par un oeil commun. La symétrie est partout strictement observée et s'étend aux remplages des deux panneaux latéraux.

History
The oldest known owner dates back to 1602. On the first floor, alterations respected Gothic remnants. It is a geminated window whose high lintel is carved with a false trilobed archway, ornamented with rosettes grouped three by three. The small column is moulded in almond shape, with a capital with double row of foliage. The balcony on rue de l'Horloge is a straight balcony with rounded returns, and consists of a straight central panel and two small curved lateral panels. The central motif is a large multiple spiral, rolling from left to right four unequal petals, nerved with twisted or leafy round stems. This movement is prolonged by large volutes, one of which develops to the upper left corner of the frame. Between this large motif and the lateral infill, chamfered panels are filled with daisy-patterned lattice. All symmetry is deliberately excluded from this panel whose composition is well balanced in the distribution of masses. The lateral panels present similar arrangements but without lattice. On rue du Grand Couvent, the balcony presents a large straight ironwork panel, extended by curved returns, without double frame. The composition of the large panel is symmetrically ordered around an oval central medallion. Volutes branch around this medallion, and meet an infill of long S-shaped volutes, assembled by a common eye. Symmetry is everywhere strictly observed and extends to the infills of the two lateral panels.
