Historique
Le propriétaire de l'immeuble est connu depuis 1480. L'édifice fut rebâti en 1544. Le balcon porte la date de 1767, qui est probablement aussi celle de la construction du pan coupé. Ce dernier est ajouré, au rez-de-chaussée, par une entrée de boutique ; au premier étage, par une porte-fenêtre à balcon ; au deuxième étage, par une fenêtre à demi-balcon. Le grand balcon du premier appartient au type galbé, avec deux inflexions symétriques et retours arrondis. La ferronnerie se compose de trois panneaux, le panneau central et les deux panneaux arrondis des retours, séparés par deux pilastres. Deux grands C doubles forment, avec quelques ramifications, tout le remplage des panneaux latéraux. Au panneau central, un médaillon à monogramme symétrique surmonte un cartouche rectangulaire portant la date de 1767. Ces motifs sont soutenus par de grandes volutes, parfois rebroussées, soudées par leur oeil commun. L'encadrement, simple, se réduit à la seule main courante.

History
The owner of the building has been known since 1480. The building was rebuilt in 1544. The balcony bears the date of 1767, which is probably also that of the construction of the cut angle. The latter is pierced, on the ground floor, by a shop entrance; on the first floor, by a French window with balcony; on the second floor, by a half-balcony window. The large balcony of the first floor belongs to the curved type, with two symmetrical inflections and rounded returns. The ironwork consists of three panels, the central panel and the two rounded panels of the returns, separated by two pilasters. Two large double C's form, with some ramifications, all the tracery of the lateral panels. On the central panel, a medallion with symmetrical monogram surmounts a rectangular cartouche bearing the date of 1767. These motifs are supported by large volutes, sometimes reversed, joined by their common eye. The frame, simple, is reduced to the sole handrail.
