Village castral développé à partir d'un bourg ecclésial préexistant. L'église se trouve dans le bourg, sur la hauteur. Une église est mentionnée pour la première fois en 1175, sans doute à l'emplacement de l'actuelle. Elle fut reconstruite dans la seconde moitié du 15e siècle, à partir de l'église romane. C'est une construction gothique avec un clocher-mur édifié ultérieurement, composé de deux étages de baies. En 1844, la nef est surélevée et couverte d'une voûte en plâtre sur lattis de bois. Le 19e siècle y ajoute de nombreuses chapelles. A la fin du 20e siècle, la reprise des peintures du chur a permis la découverte d'un décor peint du 18e siècle derrière l'autel.

History
Castral village developed from a pre-existing ecclesiastical township. The church is found in the township, on the height. A church is mentioned for the first time in 1175, probably at the location of the present one. It was rebuilt in the second half of the 15th century, starting from the Romanesque church. It is a Gothic construction with a bell tower wall built subsequently, composed of two storeys of openings. In 1844, the nave is raised and covered with a plaster vault on a wooden lattis. The 19th century adds numerous chapels to it. At the end of the 20th century, the repainting of the choir made possible the discovery of painted decoration from the 18th century behind the altar.
