Cette maison d'angle, dans l'ancienne "île Saint-Georges", était affectée au logement du vicaire annuel de Saint-Just et appartenait au chapitre. Le corps d'immeuble sur la rue A. Gautier a été entièrement démoli et rebâti au 19e siècle. Seule l'arrière-cour a conservé, comme ancien vestige, son puits d'angle. La margelle, de la forme habituelle des margelles narbonnaises du 17e siècle, est constituée par trois éléments de pierre assemblés. Bombée et relativement haute, elle a la forme d'un balustre. History
This corner house, in the old "île Saint-Georges", was intended for the accommodation of the annual vicar of Saint-Just and belonged to the chapter. The building body on A. Gautier street was entirely demolished and rebuilt in the 19th century. Only the back courtyard has preserved, as an old vestige, its corner well. The curb, of the usual form of 17th-century Narbonne curbs, is constituted by three elements of stone assembled together. Curved and relatively high, it has the form of a baluster. Above, the corner niche which supports the pulley is covered with a small tiled roof. A simple lintel ornaments the left post. The right replica is missing. A shell is carved at the bottom of the cavity.
