Cet édifice aurait été consacré en 1095 par le pape Urbain II. Les documents d'archives ne font pas mention de cette église avant le 15e siècle. Il y était établi un prieuré, uni au chapitre cathédral de Saint-Papoul. La nef est entièrement moderne, le sanctuaire est roman. Il est à chevet plat et couvert en berceau plein cintre. Un arc doubleau le divise en deux travées. Le mur oriental a été remonté au 19e siècle et largement ajouré par une grande fenêtre. En 1877, construction de la sacristie. En 1883, construction du porche et assainissement du mur nord.

History
This building is said to have been consecrated in 1095 by Pope Urban II. Archive documents make no mention of this church before the 15th century. A priory was established there, united to the cathedral chapter of Saint-Papoul. The nave is entirely modern, the chancel is Romanesque. It has a flat chevet and is covered with a round arch barrel vault. A doubleau arch divides it into two bays. The eastern wall was rebuilt in the 19th century and was largely opened by a large window. In 1877, the sacristy was built. In 1883, the porch was built and the north wall was drained.
