A cet emplacement existaient, en 1583, deux maisons. Un plan de 1771 ne montre plus qu'une parcelle d'un seul tenant. La construction a été réalisée entre 1712 et 1771. Les soeurs de Nevers ont occupé l'édifice au 19e siècle et jusqu'au début du 20e siècle. Les bâtiments sont disposés en U sur trois côtés de la cour. Le quatrième côté est fermé par le mur de clôture, interrompu par le portail d'entrée. Cette entrée est en retrait sur l'alignement du mur avec lequel elle se raccorde par deux portions de mur en arc-de-cercle. Le décor est réduit à quatre piliers à refends. Le corps principal du bâtiment s'élève, comme les autres, de deux étages sur rez-de-chaussée, séparés horizontalement par des bandeaux saillants. L'intérieur conserve un escalier avec rampe en fer forgé. Au premier étage, la rampe est ornée, au centre, d'un monogramme qui est peut-être celui de Charles Audier.

History
At this location there existed, in 1583, two houses. A plan from 1771 shows only a single undivided plot. The construction was carried out between 1712 and 1771. The Sisters of Nevers occupied the building in the 19th century and until the early 20th century. The buildings are arranged in a U shape on three sides of the courtyard. The fourth side is closed by the enclosure wall, interrupted by the entrance gateway. This entrance is set back from the alignment of the wall to which it connects by two portions of wall in arc-de-cercle. The decoration is reduced to four fluted pillars. The main body of the building rises, like the others, two storeys above ground floor, separated horizontally by projecting bands. The interior retains a staircase with wrought ironwork handrail. On the first floor, the handrail is decorated, at the centre, with a monogram which is perhaps that of Charles Audier.
