History
Large obelisk of griotte marble, approximately seven metres in height, placed on a square stylobate, faced with plates of white marble, veined with grey and red. Water springs forth from four heads of white marble, crowned with vine leaves. Each face bears an inscription in capitals, engraved in relief.
