L'église en ruine était dédiée à Sainte-Eulalie. C'était un édifice à nef unique avec abside en arc de cercle. Au-dessus du portail se trouvait une pierre qui a été retirée et incrustée au-dessus de la nouvelle église. C'est une pierre sculptée en réserve avec, au centre, un soleil à seize pointes, portant en relief les lettres en capitales gothiques "+ IHS A". Ce cartouche denté est maintenu par deux anges ailés, debout et de trois-quart, vêtus de longues robes. Au-dessous, le cadre porte également en relief une inscription en minuscules gothiques. Ces sculptures sont protégées par un encadrement supérieur saillant qui se retourne verticalement en équerre, en reposant sur deux petits culs de lampe sculptés de choux frisés.

History
The ruined church was dedicated to Sainte-Eulalie. It was a building with a single nave and an apsidal chancel. Above the portal was a stone which was removed and inset above the new church. It is a stone carved in relief with, at the centre, a sixteen-pointed sun, bearing in relief the letters in Gothic capitals "+ IHS A". This crenellated cartouche is held by two winged angels, standing and three-quarter length, dressed in long robes. Below, the frame likewise bears in relief an inscription in Gothic minuscule letters. These sculptures are protected by a projecting upper frame which turns vertically at right angles, resting on two small sculptured corbels decorated with curled foliage.
