Monastery founded in the 11th century. The church was entirely rebuilt in 1272. The cloister was remade in 1336. From 1707 onwards, renovation of the convent buildings. The Revolution suppressed the priory. In 1820, when the church had been demolished, the buildings were purchased to establish a small seminary. The church is reconstructed from 1863 to 1866. The buildings were partly reorganised by architect A Ducat, the mills were rebuilt and a farm was established. Expelled in 1906, the seminary reoccupied the premises in 1922. The convent buildings have a grid plan. They define the cloister court and open to the south onto a service courtyard with the old mills and the farm.
