Mentionné dès 1260, ce château fait partie d'une série de petites forteresses édifiées au Moyen-Age dans la vallée de l'Ognon. Le corps de logis a été en partie construit au 16e siècle. Au début du 19e siècle, construction d'un bâtiment de communs et de dépendances en U devant le corps de logis. Modifications et ajouts sont effectués à partir de 1840. La chapelle néo-romane date de 1884.

History
Mentioned from 1260, this castle is part of a series of small fortresses built in the Middle Ages in the Ognon valley. The main dwelling was partly built in the 16th century. In the early 19th century, construction of a building of outbuildings and dependencies in U shape in front of the main dwelling. Modifications and additions were carried out from 1840 onwards. The neo-Romanesque chapel dates from 1884.
