Construit entre 1745 et 1749 pour le conseiller au parlement F. X. Damey, avec une façade assez monumentale, cet hôtel fut acquis en 1780 par le marquis de Verseilles. Il fit reprendre les aménagements intérieurs par l'architecte C. A. Colombot, consistant notamment à établir trois appartements. C'est un hôtel entre rue et cour, avec une aile en retour sur la cour qui intègre l'escalier. La façade sur rue compte six travées de deux niveaux. L'allée cochère est à droite ; l'étage présente des balcons avec garde-corps en fer forgé. Le rez-de-chaussée et l'étage conservent des lambris et des décors Louis XVI.

History
Constructed between 1745 and 1749 for F. X. Damey, counsellor to parliament, with a fairly monumental façade, this hotel was acquired in 1780 by the marquis de Verseilles. He had the interior arrangements revised by architect C. A. Colombot, consisting notably in establishing three apartments. It is a hotel between street and courtyard, with a wing returning into the courtyard which integrates the staircase. The façade on the street has six bays of two storeys. The carriage passage is on the right; the storey presents balconies with wrought iron railings. The ground floor and storey retain Louis XVI panelling and decorations.
