History
This church presents two distinct periods of construction: the bell tower and the lower part of the north chapel, from the late 12th-early 13th century, and a three-aisled nave built in sandstone with a three-sided chevet from the late 15th or early 16th century, after the Hundred Years' War. The sacristy dates from the 19th century. The barrel vault roof structure is dated 1528 and 1542 for the south aisle. The interior is divided into three aisles separated by pointed arch arcades carried by piers decorated with Italianate ornamentation with exotic masks, secular motifs recalling the maritime vocation of the village or the pilgrimage tradition.
