History
Foundation of the Benedictine abbey in 1169; reconstruction of the choir of the church in 1262; reconstruction in the 16th century (1540-1542); fire of the church in 1671. In 1754, the Saint-Maur reform was accepted by the monks: reconstruction during the second half of the 18th century. Installation of a community of Benedictine nuns in 1994.
