History
There existed at the locality an important medieval château possessing a very extensive fief. The rural path, carried by the bridge, led to the main dwelling of this property. The structure must be earlier than the 17th century. It had an arched-back form and its deck was paved. The old parapets have disappeared. The arched back is eccentric, on the right-bank side, with respect to the axis of the vault. The masonry of the vault bands is of blocked type. The tympana and the vault are laid in large poorly dressed rubble stone.
