History
In 1097, this church was dependent on the abbey of Saint-Martial de Limoges. In 1271, the abbot and Saint-Martial ceded the church to the dean and chapter of the cathedral while reserving the right of patronage. The building appears to date from the 13th century. It has a single nave with, to the south, a rectangular tower sheltering a chapel at the first level and, above, a bell tower. The western gable façade is pierced by a Limousin portal of the 13th century with two voussoirs, decorated with a frieze capital and underlined by a moulded frame archivolt.
