La chapelle a été élevée au 12e siècle à l'emplacement d'un site gallo-romain pourvu de nombreuses sources. Elle présente un plan à nef unique. La façade nord est percée d'une porte principale en arc brisé mouluré et d'une porte secondaire au chambranle rectangulaire donnant sur le sanctuaire avec la date de 1695 gravée sur le linteau. A l'ouest, se trouve le clocher formé d'une arcade destinée à la cloche. L'intérieur conserve une grande piscine d'1,40m de large. La charpente présente des éléments moulurés caractéristiques du 13e siècle.

History
The chapel was erected in the 12th century at the site of a Gallo-Roman site provided with numerous springs. It presents a plan with a single nave. The north façade is pierced with a main door in moulded pointed arch and a secondary door with rectangular frame opening onto the sanctuary with the date 1695 engraved on the lintel. To the west, is found the bell tower formed by an arcade intended for the bell. The interior preserves a large pool 1.40m wide. The roof structure presents moulded elements characteristic of the 13th century.
