La croix est placée sur un socle cubique terminé par une table carrée aux bords saillants chanfreinés. Sur cette table est posé un socle cubique, en forme de tronc de pyramide dans sa partie supérieure. Sur la plateforme terminale de ce socle est posé le fût circulaire, au-dessus d'une base carrée. Un noeud sépare le fût de la croix. A la base de ce noeud fait saillie une baguette torique. Au-desus règne un décor de feuilles frisées et retournées. Bras et montant ont leurs extrémités également cylindriques, renflées au-dessus d'un tore. Deux de ces cylindres terminaux ont un décor végétal. Bras et montant sont réunis autour du centre de la croix par des redents, formant un nimbe sensiblement carré, ajouré de quatre lobes. Sur une face est représenté le Christ crucifié ; sur la face opposée, la Vierge tenant l'Enfant est représentée debout sur une console prismatique, la tête abritée sous un gâble décoré d'un trèfle.

History
The cross is placed on a cubic plinth terminated by a square table with projecting chamfered edges. On this table is placed a cubic plinth, in the form of a truncated pyramid in its upper part. On the terminal platform of this plinth is placed the circular shaft, above a square base. A knot separates the shaft from the cross. At the base of this knot projects a toric baguette. Above it extends a decoration of curled and folded leaves. Arms and upright have their extremities equally cylindrical, swollen above a torus. Two of these terminal cylinders have a vegetal decoration. Arms and upright are united around the centre of the cross by indentations, forming a substantially square halo, pierced with four lobes. On one face is represented the crucified Christ; on the opposite face, the Virgin holding the Child is represented standing on a prismatic console, her head sheltered beneath a gable decorated with a trefoil.
