Cure de l'ancien archiprêtré de Bénévent. En 1158, Itier, abbé de Lesterps, donne cette église à l'évêque de Limoges. L'édifice se compose d'un porche moderne à l'ouest, d'une nef unique de trois travées, les deux premières couvertes d'un berceau brisé (13e siècle) , la dernière voûtée d'ogives (15e siècle). Deux chapelles s'ouvrent au nord (15e) et au sud (17e) de la nef, dans la troisième travée. Le mur plat du chevet a été remanié au 16e siècle. Le porche, carré à la base, est sommé d'un clocher polygonal. Il a été monté ou remonté au 19e siècle.

History
Cure of the former archpriest's district of Bénévent. In 1158, Itier, abbot of Lesterps, gives this church to the bishop of Limoges. The building is composed of a modern porch to the west, a single nave of three bays, the first two covered with a broken barrel vault (13th century), the last vaulted with ribs (15th century). Two chapels open to the north (15th) and south (17th) of the nave, in the third bay. The flat wall of the chevet was remodelled in the 16th century. The porch, square at the base, is topped with a polygonal bell tower. It was erected or re-erected in the 19th century.
