History
The oldest part is formed of a rectangular main dwelling, furnished with towers on three of its angles. The angle lacking a tower is enclosed by a projecting body of building, erected later, and flanked by a cut-corner stair tower. An elongated building attached to the east of this body of building closes the entrance courtyard on the north side. Access to this courtyard is effected by a wide portal with a basket-handle arch whose jambs are decorated with pilasters. This boundary wall joins a circular tower pierced with circular gun ports. This building houses stable, hay barn and outbuildings. In the interior of the dwelling, the ground floor hall preserves a ceiling with beams bearing painted decoration from the 17th century.
