Eglise de style roman pisan, se terminant par une abside semi-circulaire. Au sud, le linteau de la porte est sculpté de deux lions affrontés, séparés par un arbre. A l'extérieur, l'abside est entourée de colonnes en granit surmontées de chapiteaux corinthiens en marbre blanc qui supportent des arcades sculptées. Ces chapiteaux sont peut-être des réutilisations d'éléments antiques provenant de l'ancienne villa romaine. L'église s'élève à l'emplacement d'un cimetière païen. L'abside enserrait trois sépultures dont les couvercles étaient directement recouverts par le dallage primitif.

History
Church of Pisan Romanesque style, ending with a semi-circular apse. To the south, the lintel of the door is sculpted with two confronted lions, separated by a tree. On the exterior, the apse is surrounded by granite columns topped with Corinthian capitals in white marble which support sculpted arcades. These capitals may be reused elements of ancient origin from the former Roman villa. The church stands at the site of a pagan cemetery. The apse enclosed three burials whose covers were directly covered by the primitive paving.
