Construit en 1929 par l'architecte André Lurcat pour abriter des ateliers d'artistes, le bâtiment a ensuite été transformé en hôtel. L'hôtel comporte sept chambres et une salle de restauration. C'est un bâtiment en forme de rectangle à deux niveaux. La façade nord est percée de baies carrées, les salles de bain formant excroissance. Un long couloir côté sud dessert les chambres, et est percé de meurtrières permettant la ventilation transversale. £Le bâtiment, très caractéristique à l'époque cubiste, a abrité les premières formes de tourisme international.

History
Built in 1929 by the architect André Lurcat to house artists' workshops, the building was subsequently converted into a hotel. The hotel comprises seven bedrooms and a dining room. It is a rectangular building with two levels. The north façade is pierced with square openings, the bathrooms forming a protrusion. A long corridor on the south side serves the bedrooms, and is pierced with loopholes allowing cross-ventilation. The building, very characteristic of the Cubist period, housed the earliest forms of international tourism.
