History
Neo-Byzantine church surmounted by a neo-Gothic bell tower, presenting a facade decorated with mosaic by Grasset. The interior accumulates reminiscences of medieval architecture (triplets, domes, windows with colonnettes, Gothic supports with fluted pilasters, capitals). Built by Dusserre, a student of Viollet-le-Duc, this building is a rather rare neo-Romanesque prototype, favour having been given at the time to neo-Gothic for the construction of new churches.
