History
Castellany which for a time came under the county of Beaugency. The castle comprises two distinct parts. The right wing dates from the 15th and 16th centuries. The central body is from the 17th century and was restored around 1860, when the chapel was built. The courtyard façade of the right wing is flanked by two round towers overlooking the moats. The right one is doubled by a polygonal staircase turret, standing out. The main building is preceded by a terrace whose extremities present turrets with cut angles, as does the front of the façade. A basement is served by a gallery along the entire length of the castle.
