Les sablières en encorbellement portant les étages supérieurs, sont ornées de sculptures. Sur le poteau cornier est représentée une Annonciation qui a donné son appellation à la maison. Le rez-de-chaussée est en pierre de taille. Au-dessus s'élève une façade en pans de bois, ayant à chaque extrémité un pignon avec ferme de charpente en saillie. Ce pan de bois est en encorbellement. Les extrémités des poutres et des solives sont apparentes et portent la sablière inférieure. De chaque côté des fenêtres s'élèvent des pilastres fuselés, ornés de culots, culs de lampe et pinacles à crochets et fleurons.

History
The corbelled sablières carrying the upper storeys are decorated with sculptures. On the corner post is represented an Annunciation which gave its name to the house. The ground floor is in ashlar stone. Above rises a timber framing façade, having at each end a gable with projecting roof structure. This timber framing is corbelled. The ends of the beams and joists are visible and support the lower sablière. On each side of the windows rise fluted pilasters, decorated with corbels, pendants and pinnacles with crockets and fleurons.
