Historique
Autour de 1443, est construit un château dont il subsiste la porte fortifiée occidentale et les courtines. Au début du 16e siècle est bâti l'édifice actuel, ainsi que des courtines adjacentes au bâtiment de servitudes, le long de la porte fortifiée. A la fin du 16e siècle, deux pavillons carrés sont construits aux angles ouest et sud, et les douves sont refaites. Vers 1650, François Gaillard, seigneur de la Menaudière, en devient propriétaire et fait doubler le château dans le même style. En 1898, édification de l'aile nord-ouest. History
Around 1443, a castle was built of which there remain the western fortified gate and the curtain walls. At the beginning of the 16th century the present building was constructed, as well as curtain walls adjacent to the service building, along the fortified gate. At the end of the 16th century, two square pavilions are built at the west and south corners, and the moat is remade. Around 1650, François Gaillard, lord of la Menaudière, becomes its owner and has the castle doubled in the same style. In 1898, the north-west wing is built. The east façades overlook the former pond which supplied water to the moat and which was partly drained and converted into a vegetable garden.
