Historique
Cette maison comporte trois corps de bâtiment presque indépendants formant cour. La décoration se concentre sur cette cour. L'angle sud-est est occupé par la tourelle d'escalier de plan carré avec un pan coupé. Cet escalier est réuni au bâtiment de l'ouest par trois étages de galeries ouvertes. Les deux étages inférieurs sont couverts chacun d'une travée de voûtes d'ogives à culs-de-lampe sculptés. Le dernier étage est couvert en charpente et décoré également de culots sculptés. L'escalier est orné intérieurement de figures taillées dans ses angles (fou avec sa marotte ; un personnage brandissant une feuille de vigne ; deux dragons sur une tête grotesque...). La porte sur la cour est surmontée d'une accolade à crochets de feuillage qui abrite un écusson découpé à la mode italienne et est flanquée de deux pilastres à arabesques.

History
This house comprises three almost independent building blocks forming a courtyard. The decoration is concentrated on this courtyard. The south-east corner is occupied by the staircase turret of square plan with a cut angle. This staircase is joined to the building on the west by three storeys of open galleries. The two lower storeys are each covered by a bay of rib vaults with sculpted corbels. The top storey is covered in roof structure and also decorated with sculpted corbels. The staircase is decorated internally with figures carved into its angles (fool with his bauble; a figure brandishing a vine leaf; two dragons on a grotesque head...). The door onto the courtyard is surmounted by an ogee arch with leaf ornaments which shelters a shield cut in the Italian manner and is flanked by two pilasters with arabesques.
