Ancien hôtel particulier avec cour intérieure. Les pilastres, les appuis et les linteaux de fenêtres sont en pierre de taille de Bourré. Les chapiteaux sont sculptés. Un escalier en pierre, dont la disposition est assez particulière, dessert des paliers formant galeries ouvertes sur la cour. Ces paliers sont soutenus par un arc en pierre moulurée. Plusieurs portes donnant sur l'escalier sont du 16e siècle et sculptées. Aux premier et deuxième étages, les solives apparentes sont sculptées de panneaux à serviettes.

History
Former townhouse with interior courtyard. The pilasters, window sills and lintels are in Bourré stone. The capitals are sculpted. A stone staircase, whose layout is rather peculiar, serves landings forming galleries opening onto the courtyard. These landings are supported by a moulded stone arch. Several doors giving onto the staircase are 16th-century and sculpted. On the first and second storeys, the exposed joists are sculpted with panels with serviettes.
