La propriété est couverte par une charpente du 16e siècle dite à la Philibert Delorme, entièrement constituée avec des planches assemblées par des clavettes.

History
The name of this house comes from the fact that it was formerly occupied by the chancellery of the Présidial, a public office where sentences and other acts of jurisdiction were sealed. A sculpture placed above the door represented Justice with its attributes (sword and scales). The property is covered by 16th century roof structure known as Philibert Delorme type, entirely constructed with planks assembled by cotter pins.
